Krumm-tec GmbH, based in Endingen, Germany, is continuing to expand its activities in the United Arab Emirates. A recent visit by a high-level delegation from the EDGE Group focused on innovative cleaning systems, maintenance solutions, and potential strategic partnerships.
Krumm-tec Welcomes EDGE Group Delegation
Krumm-tec’s international expansion continues to gain momentum. Recently, the company welcomed a high-ranking delegation from the EDGE Group of the United Arab Emirates to its headquarters in Endingen. The visit focused on showcasing Krumm-tec’s technologies and expertise while identifying potential fields for cooperation and future applications.
During live demonstrations, Krumm-tec presented solutions designed to reduce downtime, improve safety standards, and extend the service life of critical systems.
Industrial Cleaning Systems for Global Markets
Krumm-tec develops and manufactures customized cleaning systems and industrial cleaning equipment for a wide range of industries. Its solutions serve the automotive, railway, electrical, plastics, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and aerospace sectors.
The company’s portfolio ranges from compact cleaning systems to fully automated cleaning lines several meters in length. It also includes automation solutions, control cabinet manufacturing, and industrial air filtration systems.
Expanding Our Presence in Abu Dhabi
For several months, Krumm-tec has been operating a sales office in Abu Dhabi. A team of ten employees is based there under the leadership of Michael Gleichauf, Managing Director of Krumm-tec Abu Dhabi.
The company’s expansion in the United Arab Emirates is part of the „Make it in the Emirates 2026“ initiative. Krumm-tec’s primary objective is to establish long-term strategic partnerships and develop joint industrial projects.
The company plans to gradually expand its activities in the region. In the long term, the existing sales office could evolve into a subsidiary with its own sales and production capabilities.
Focus on Joint Projects and Technologies
Potential areas of cooperation include:
- Automated cleaning and reconditioning solutions
- Engineering and technical services
- Training and knowledge transfer
- Development of joint industrial solutions
- Maintenance and readiness solutions for safety-critical systems
For large industrial installations, local production or final assembly can provide significant logistical advantages. Consequently, components manufactured in Germany could, in the future, be assembled and completed in the United Arab Emirates.
International Experience from Endingen
Krumm-tec’s international growth is built on decades of continuous development. The company’s history began in 1958 in Bahlingen am Kaiserstuhl as a skilled trades business. During the 1990s, Krumm developed its first cleaning system. Industrial production started in 2002, followed by the establishment of the Krumm-tec business division in 2003, marking the company’s transformation into an internationally focused industrial manufacturer.
In 2018, Krumm-tec moved into its current headquarters in Endingen’s industrial park, providing approximately 2,000 square meters of production space and 400 square meters of office space.
Today, Krumm-tec employs 27 people at its headquarters in Endingen. In addition, the company operates a service, control engineering, and programming office in Berlin with two employees, while its Abu Dhabi office is staffed by a team of ten.
Sustainable Growth with a Strong Future
By expanding its international activities, Krumm-tec aims to enter new markets, establish long-term partnerships, and strengthen its headquarters in Endingen.

The visit by the EDGE Group delegation marks another important milestone in Krumm-tec’s international growth strategy and further strengthens the company’s position as a technology partner for industrial cleaning and maintenance solutions.
